Last updated: November 2, 2026. These Terms govern vehicle quotations and sales between EcoFalconAuto (https://www.kairos.sale) and its customers. Vehicle prices are provided per quotation and are valid for the period stated in the quotation.

1. Quotations & Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise. Final pricing depends on trim level, destination port, customs duties and freight rates at the time of booking.

2. Contract & Payment

Sales are concluded under a signed sales contract. Payments are made in stages as defined in the contract, by bank transfer to the company account stated in the contract. We never request payment to personal accounts.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery time is stated per order (typically 20–45 days depending on destination and shipping schedule). Delivery terms, insurance and handover location are specified in the sales contract.

4. Warranty & Support

Vehicles carry the manufacturer warranty stated on the product page. Warranty claims are handled through our support team and authorized service partners.

5. Returns & Cancellations

Cancellation and refund terms are defined in the signed sales contract for each order. Please review the contract carefully before paying any deposit; contact us if anything is unclear.

6. Vehicle Specification Notice

Intelligent driving assistance features may depend on map and regulatory support in the destination country and may be limited or unavailable. Core vehicle functions, comfort features and safety systems are unaffected. We state feature availability honestly before purchase.
